Organic hazelnut cream with molasses,
It is a new hazelnut cream which can be spread on bread and which is produced by mixing hazelnuts according to developed tariff, with molasses which is produced with organic agriculture principles. The difference of this hazelnut cream from other hazelnut creams is having more nuts in ratio, and no addition of sugar and fat is made from outside. Sugar comes from molasses' glucose and fructose; fat is nut's own fat. When product's mineral contents are compared with other creams, it is determined according to studies that the product is very rich in calcium, magnesium, iron and copper. From this angle, the new product can be show as a calcium, magnesium and iron source. Cream is produced with pectin mixture of soya lecithin which is not genetically modified, nut and molasses which are produced according to organic agriculture principles.
